Council's Online Services Portal will be unavailable from 6.00am on Saturday 27 July until late afternoon Sunday 28 July for planned maintenance. Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during this outage.

To complete planned maintenance, the following services will be offline for approximately 1 hour from 7am Saturday 3 August, 2024.
- Online Services Portal
- Mapping
- Employment Portal
- RegionWatch
- Gladstone Libraries website.

Please be advised that when Council’s Online Services portal is under maintenance you can make payments or contact Council in the following ways:
Report an issue
If the matter is life threatening please call Triple Zero (000)
If your issue is urgent, such as a burst water main, please call Council any time of the day or night on 4970 0700.
General Council enquiries can also be made on this number during business hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday – Friday.
Otherwise, please email Council at info@gladstone.qld.gov.au to report a non-urgent issue.
Make a payment
Please refer to your notice for alternative payment options, including BPAY.
In person, please attend a Council Office or Rural Transaction Centre to make your payment prior to the due date.
Lilley’s Beach Permit
Permits cannot be applied for over the phone. Please attend an Administration Centre to purchase and obtain your permit.
New animal registration
Please attend a Council Office or Rural Transaction Centre or download the Animal Registration Form and submit to info@gladstone.qld.gov.au
Applications including Building, Development, Works on Roads, Temporary Food Licenses
Please attend a Council Office or Rural Transaction Centre and speak to one of our Customer Service Officers.
