Use Council's Online Services Portal to update your contact details with Council for rates, pet ownership, permits, licences or applications.
Alternatively, a Change of Address form(PDF, 248KB) is available to download, complete and return to Council.
Name changes cannot be lodged via online services.
Documentation must be provided such as a copy of a Legal Marriage Certificate (not a ceremonial certificate), documentation from Births, Deaths and Marriages, Divorce Certificates or other documents, and submitted to Council.
Change of name information will only update Council's records - not land Title Deeds. To change names on Title Deeds, contact the Titles Office.
