Tender Details: Pursuant to section 228 of Local Government Regulation 2012 (“LGR”), GRC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and licenced proponents for the processing of GO material generated by the new GO service. Suitable solutions may require removal of garden organics material or direct haulage of service collection vehicles to an existing organics processing site/facility or the establishment of a new organics processing facility within the Gladstone Region. Proponents are to note that the specification in section 3 is intended to provide sufficient details to prepare a response to this EOI. Should the EOI process result in a closed tender process, the final tender specification will be provided to those Proponent/s that are shortlisted.

107-25 Construction of Boyne Tannum Aquatic Centre

Tender Details : Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) requires a suitably qualified contractor (Accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme) to undertake the construction of a new Aquatic Centre at Arthur Street, Boyne Island, QLD 4680. The project will also include new road and footpath connections.

This Work is for the construction of a new aquatic centre inclusive of site clearance, all associated infrastructure, civil works, roadworks, 50m pool with plant room, change rooms, kiosk, children’s play area, and landscaping along with associated environmental works.

Tender 04-26 RPQS Trade Services

Tender Details : Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) operates facilities throughout the Gladstone Region across a significant geographical area. These facilities are critical to delivery of essential services to the community and include locations such as community centres, depots, offices, halls, wastewater treatment plants and transfer stations.

These communities and regions include:

• Gladstone, Boyne and Tannum

• Mount Larcom, Yarwun, Calliope, Boyne Valley

• Benaraby, Turkey Beach, Bororen, Miriam Vale

• Rosedale, Agnes Water, Seventeen Seventy

3. Register your interest in working with Council

Suppliers interested in supplying goods and services to Gladstone Regional Council are encouraged to complete our Supplier Interest Form. Our team will use the information you complete in the form to contact suppliers for any future tendering opportunities relevant to the goods or services their business offers.

Following completion of this form, suppliers are encouraged to register on VendorPanel Marketplace to access and submit tenders. Further information on this platform can be found in the section below.

4. Accessing Council quotes and tenders

Businesses interested in supplying goods and services to Gladstone Regional Council are encouraged to register at https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/Marketplace.aspx. VendorPanel Marketplace is entirely free for suppliers and offers a way to open your business up to more opportunities with Council and hundreds of large buying organisations

VendorPanel Marketplace is free for suppliers to use. Once registered, suppliers can receive invitations to tender and quote on work across dozens of categories, from construction to consulting and goods supply. Suppliers can even access quotes or tenders on the run through the VendorPanel mobile app.

The platform manages all communication between buyers and suppliers during the procurement process, reducing admin, saving time and ensuring procurement best practice is followed.

8. Existing suppliers

How to update your certification information

GRC has a user friendly online portal for existing suppliers to keep their certifications up-to-date. Access the portal here: https://au.beakon.io/grc.

The portal allows suppliers and its employees to:

  • add/maintain insurance certificates of currency, qualifications, licences etc.; and
  • complete online inductions prior to mobilising to site.
