The Round Gladstone Trail is temporarily closed following recent fire activity in the area.
Please observe all closure signage and avoid entering the trail until further notice.
The trail will reopen once inspections have been completed and any necessary remediation work is finished. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Online Services

Pay, Apply and Report

Council's online services offer approved registered users the ability to view their information, such as Rates or Accounts; pay an account; apply for a licence; request a service; and report an issue. Not all functions require a user account.

Pay

Make payments via our secure payment gateway using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Visa Debit Card.

Report

Report an issue or request a service (NON URGENT requests only). If the matter is urgent, contact Council on (07) 4970 0700 at any time of day or night.

Register a new animal

For animals (dogs and cats) that are being registered with the Gladstone Regional Council for the first time. For animal registration renewals, go to Pay. For animal registration updates, go to Report.

New Licence

Apply for a new environmental health licence online, including: Food Licence, Temporary Food Stalls, Transfer a Licence, Amend an existing Licence, Commercial Activity, Skin Penetration and Health Compliance Searches.

Become a registered user

The benefits of becoming a registered user of Council's online services platform include: viewing your property and rates, tracking your application or licence, track your customer requests. Once your registration is processed, you can sign in to view your account details or track your requests. Not all functions require a user account.
