Council’s School Holiday Program can help beat holiday boredom
Gladstone Regional Council’s facilities have collaborated to produce a busy April school holiday program for the region’s young people.
From Saturday 1 April until Sunday 16 April, selected Council venues and facilities will host a variety of events and activities designed to beat the holiday boredom.
Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett said Gladstone Regional Art Gallery & Museum (GRAGM), Tondoon Botanic Gardens and Gladstone Regional Libraries will play host to activities and events.
“This is in addition to the free Moonlight Movies screening of Lightyear that will be shown on Friday 14 April at Calliope’s Bunting Park,” Councillor Burnett said.
“There is also plenty happening at our libraries and at Tondoon Botanic Gardens, while GRAGM will offer self-guided craft activities.
“Most of the events and activities featured in Council’s School Holiday Program are free of charge, so visit Council’s website to book your child or children in today.”
