REGISTER YOUR INTEREST – SPORT AND ACTIVE LIVING EXPO CLASS REGISTRATIONS
The annual Sport and Active Living Expo is aimed to encourage the Gladstone Region community to get involved in physical activity, healthy eating and healthy lifestyles. Taking a holistic approach to improve the health and wellbeing of our community through raising awareness and encouraging healthy and active lifestyles by helping boost participation in sport, recreation and wellness activities within the Region.
IMMY YOGA
Join Imogene for her Super Fun Yoga Flow class, filled with movements to make your body feel good and bring a smile to your face. Taught with a light-hearted authenticity, this 30-minute yoga practice is for absolutely everyone! Take some time to escape the stress and leave the tension behind. Notice the difference some deep breaths, a few stretchy poses and a calm mindset can make.
Time: 10.45am – 11.15am (Please arrive 5 minutes early)

Required: Yoga mat or towel and water bottle
Join Rob and the team at Training for Warriors for 30-minute body weight strength and mobility session. The session will focus on hip mobility, lower body activation, movement practice and breath work. Grab your shoes, grab your towel and water bottle and head down to the GECC on February 6th.
Time: 11.20am – 11.50am (Please arrive 5 minutes early)

Required: Water bottle, towel, closed in shoes, exercise attire and exercise mat (not essential)
DANCE KIX
Join Donna and the Dance Kix team for a fun, upbeat dance tutorial workshop for kids between 5-10 years old.
