You're invited to a free community day designed to connect the community with local emergency and health services while learning about disaster preparedness. 11am-1pm Sat 8 Nov 2025

Ubobo emergency services day web 102BBQ and drinks are available for purchase at the event, with funds raised going to Agnes Water Rural Fire Station. 

Meet your local emergency services 

Connect with your combined emergency services personnel to learn how they protect and support the Rosedale community during extreme weather events and disasters, with displays and demonstrations from: 

  • Queensland Police Service 
  • Queensland Ambulance Service 
  • Queensland State Emergency Service (SES) 
  • Queensland Rural Fire Service 
  • Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service 

Learn about disaster preparedness and discover how your Local Emergency Coordination Committee (LECC) can assist you in times of crisis. 

Find out about essential health services and meet your local Primary Health Care Nurse and other aged care service providers. 

This event is jointly funded by Council and the Commonwealth and State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
