National Tree Day
National Tree Day is a call to action for all Australians to put their hands in the earth and give back to their community. Connect with nature and our community.
We are seeking volunteers to help us plant 240 new plants at Cashin Park in Tannum Sands, 9am-12pm, Sunday, 31 July.
Established in 1996, National Tree Day has grown into Australia's largest community tree planting and nature care event.
It's a day to venture outdoors, get to know your community and, most importantly, have fun!
After your planting reward yourself with a free sausage sizzle provided by @Bill Robertson Toyota
RSVP by 5pm, 27 July via Council’s Conversations platform.
