headspace Gladstone is operated by Roseberry Qld.
headspace Gladstone is a free and confidential service where young people between the ages of 12 and 25 can access qualified youth mental health professionals. headspace Gladstone offers a range of supports for young people who are experiencing a tough time or are worried about their mental health.
We provide supports across our four core streams which include; mental health, physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug support and work and study support.

We are based in the Gladstone Mindcare building on Level 1, across the road from the Gladstone Art Gallery.
Volunteers
At headspace Gladstone we offer young people aged 16-25 the opportunity to volunteer at headspace Gladstone. Young people have the opportunity to:
- Create, plan and facilitate events
- Create content for social media and advertising
- Run stalls at festivals and community events
- Meet with headspace staff and give advice on headspace services, projects, programs and issues
- Volunteers are provided training in areas that interest them within youth mental health.

Community Engagement Services
Did you know that headspace Gladstone can attend events, festivals, organisations, schools or other community groups to provide education on mental health and Headspace services? And the best part ... it's FREE!
Our Headspace Gladstone team love getting out and about in the community and provide a variety community activities and events.
- Mental health events: our team can participate in community events and engage in health and service promotion. We can provide a pop-up stall to distribute a range of information about what headspace is, what services are available and how to link into our services while also including some engaging activities for the community.
- Educational workshops: we provide workshops for groups of young people, parents, family members, or carers of young people.
- Promotional materials: feel free to enquire with our Community Engagement Officer about what promotional material or fact sheets you may need for your organisation.
