The pre-sale period for Grease ends at 9am on Friday 7 October with tickets to all eight shows – to be performed on 23-26 February and 2-5 March 2023 – available to purchase.

Tickets will remain on sale following the pre-sale period, but not at discounted prices.

Grease relives the classic story of Danny, Sandy, the Burger Palace Boys and the Pink Ladies as they navigate the trials and tribulations of teenage life, love and leather jackets, and is bursting with hits including Summer Nights, Greased Lightnin’, Hopelessly Devoted to You and You’re the One That I Want.

Gladstone Region Acting Mayor Kahn Goodluck said 55 people auditioned for Grease across two days with 32 cast members chosen.

“The cast features 11 men and 21 women who have already started rehearsing ahead of shows in late February and early March 2023,” Councillor Goodluck said.

“Shows will take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, plus a matinee performance each Sunday with more than 4000 people expected to attend.”
