The events will provide businesses with the opportunity to engage directly with the Council and learn more about our health and safety requirements, what is needed to submit a conforming tender, and the region’s economic development.

• 3:30pm – 5pm, Thursday, 7 August 2025,
  Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct, 1 Pengelly Street, West Gladstone, QLD 4680 

 
Businesses and suppliers interested in attending one or both events are encouraged to register their attendance in advance by completing the online form. 

Businesses will be invited to submit a Tender for one or more of the following categories:   

• Electrical 
• Plumbing and Gas Fitting 
• Carpentry and Building 
• Welding and Metal Fabrication 
• Concreting  
• General maintenance  
• Mechanical Fitting and Services 
• Industrial painting 

GRC requires to engage suitably qualified Contractors across these regions to supply trade services to perform:  

• Planned Corrective Maintenance Services (up to $10,000 ex GST)  
• Reactive Maintenance Services (up to $10,000 ex GST)  
• Minor Capital Works (over $10,000 and up to $250,000 ex GST).
