A CONVERSATION CAN CHANGE A LIFE
R U OK? inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life.
Ask R U OK? Any Day
You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener. Any day you’re concerned that someone might be struggling, trust your gut and ask, ‘are you OK?’.
If you, or someone you care about, needs immediate support, Lifeline is available for a confidential chat, any time, day or night (13 11 14). You can find other support services at https://bit.ly/3Me8D6Y.
These services are for everyone - whether you’re concerned about someone else or you need a listening ear.
