Local arts and cultural groups and individuals, can apply for funding for specific short-term projects during two rounds each year, closing each March and August.
The Gladstone Regional Council Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Gladstone Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
There are six funding categories:
- Developing Regional Skills
- Building Community Cultural Capacity
- Regional Partnerships
- Cultural Tourism
- Concept Development
- Contemporary Collections / Stories
APPLY
RADF applications can now be submitted via SmartyGrants alongside other Council funding opportunities, so that customers can look and apply in one place for funding opportunities.
RADF 2023 – Round 2 information
Applications for projects commencing after 8 October 2023.
Expressions of interest: 9am, Monday 17 July to midnight (12am), Sunday, 13 August (not compulsory)
Applications: 9am, Monday 17 July to midnight (12am), Sunday, 10 September
Assessment of Applications: Wednesday, 20 September
