Civil and electrical works will be required to replace the existing temporary unit and install a permanent chemical dosing unit.  

This project aims to provide improved infrastructure, reducing the need for on-going maintenance while reducing the risk of unplanned sewer disruptions for residents. 

These works are included in Council’s Capital Works program.  

Above dates are a guide only. Due to the nature of construction projects and unforeseen delays, works may vary. 

What to expect 

• Works from Monday to Friday, 7am-4.30pm, weather permitting.  
• Machinery operating.   
• Concrete slab demolition, removal and construction. 
• Noise, vibration, odour and dust can be expected from the project site.  
• At times, some additional traffic in the area and pedestrian disruptions. 
• No interruption to sewer services is expected.
