The Gladstone Swimming Club has a long and impressive history of swimmers representing the club at State and National level. Many swimmers achieve medals at these competitions and a number of our swimmers have been selected in State and National teams. Our swimming club has moved through a recent restructure that has been developed to assist our swimmers in their future goals. We are committed to deliver a service at the highest level, focusing on long-term development of our athletes. 

The swimming club can accommodate all levels of swimming ability while still maintaining the high level of competitive structure. Our competitive swimmers focus on regional, state and national competitions and our surf swimmers compete in pool competitions and also focus on their surf events. The club also caters for fitness swimmers, triathletes, masters and ocean swimmers. In that area, we have established a large base of athletes working on their individual needs. 

Training sessions specifically focus on technique and skill and appropriate workload for individual squads. Our technological equipment and advanced equipment will be used over training cycles to help our athletes and our land based training sessions are also in place for the majority of the groups/squads. We are proud of what our swimming club has achieved over the years and we are committed to continue this in the future.
