While the weather’s a little cooler, the 50m pool will temporarily close for maintenance from Monday, 28 July.
Work will include pool drainage to enable minor tile repair and cleaning, as well as filtration system cleaning.
Site investigation works will also occur in preparation for extensive works later to retile the 50m pool, a project included in Council’s 2025/26 Capital Works program. - Commencing

During this temporary closure, please use the 25m indoor, heated pool. If you require assistance for special access to the 25m pool, please enquire at the check-in desk at the Gladstone Aquatic Centre entrance.
The 50m pool is expected to reopen to patrons on Monday 11 August.
