Council is recruiting Cleaning Labourers to join our team based in Gladstone, Calliope and Miriam Vale.
About the role
The purpose of this position is to support Council’s direction by undertaking maintenance cleaning services for amenities, buildings and facilities throughout the Gladstone Region, in accordance with Council’s priorities and services.

We are offering a variety of work patterns, which include
- Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri, 9 day fortnight with RDO)
- Permanent Full Time (9 days on, 5 days off, including RDO)
- Permanent Part Time (weekdays).
We are holding pop-up interviews at Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct (see dates and times below). You don’t need to book a time, just come along and have a conversation with us.
- Tuesday 10 June, 9.00am – 11.00am
- Wednesday 11 June, 1.00pm – 3.00pm
- Thursday 12 June, 3.00pm – 5.00pm.
