Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre

NHC-Logo

The Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre brings people together through community engagement, support services and opportunities to build skills, confidence and connection.

Located within the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct in the Ngallil (nar-lee-ill) Building, the Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre provides a welcoming hub for community support and engagement.

Everyone is welcome and every voice matters at the Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre. We are a vibrant, inclusive community hub where people from backgrounds can connect, feel supporteda and truly belong.

Conveniently located alongside other community services at the Philip Street Communities and Families Precinct (1 Pengelly Street, Gladstone), our centre provides a welcoming space where you can easily access the support you need. Whether you’re seeking information, advice, or a helping hand navigating services, our friendly team is here to guide and support you.

We create opportunities to build meaningful connections and reduce social isolation through engaging programs, shared activities, and community events that celebrate diversity and togetherness.

Most importantly, this is your space - a place where ideas are heard, nurtured, and brought to life. From grassroots initiatives to community-led projects, we empower you to shape and strengthen the place we all call home, the Gladstone Region.

The Gladstone Region Neighbourhood centre is funded by the Queensland Government, Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety.

Virtual Community and Neighbourhood Centre

The Neighbourhood Centre is looking for opportunities to create a vibrant and evolving space that supports and enhances community wellbeing; working alongside organisations to assist our community with programs, activities, workshops and more.

The Virtual Community and Neighbourhood Centre is a platform where organisations are able to upload their own information they wish to share with the wider community, in an efficient and timely manner.
