Due to popular demand, the Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre, in partnership with the Health & Wellness Hub, is offering free Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses for community members across the region.

The Standard MHFA course is delivered over two days and equips participants with the skills to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis - providing initial support until professional help is available or the situation improves.

Participants who complete the course become accredited Mental Health First Aiders, gaining the knowledge and confidence to offer practical support and guidance when it matters most.
