Calliope River Historical Village Markets

Come along to our Country Markets and discover the wonders of the Village while you browse the stalls and enjoy the food/drinks on offer.

Regular country markets are held at the Calliope River Historical Village.

The attractive settings on the banks of the Calliope River, Bruce Highway with its shady trees and birdlife, 26 kms west of Gladstone and 100 kms south of Rocky are unique for the markets.

The variety of food and drink stalls caters to the needs of hungry and thirsty visitors.

The kiosk entrance gate for stall holders on Market days will open at 5.30 am.

No vehicle movement between 7am and 12pm.

Special event date - 4 July - The Hot Rod Show (an annual independent event).
