GRC invites local food vendors to apply to be a part of the New Year's Eve Party.

To be considered, food vendors must serve a minimum of four (4) dishes or food options that are ready to serve (minimal wait times) and be able to supply their own setup.

Food vendors must be equipped and prepared to have a sufficient supply of food to ensure they do not sell out throughout the event.

Considerations will be made for food vendors who offer environmentally sustainable packaging, reside in the Gladstone Region, and have favourable feedback from previous events.

A site fee will be applicable.

*Please note a vendor who specialises in variations of one food option, e.g., pizzas, may still apply and will be considered.

All food vendors must comply with all food safety regulations, hold a current food licence and public insurance policy for $20mil.

Food vendors must be available to trade from 5pm – midnight for the New Year’s Eve Party.

Applications must be received by 5pm Monday, 3 November 2025, to be considered.
All applicants will be contacted by Friday, 7 November 2025 close of business.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee a site at these community events.

Event details

The New Year’s Eve Party will be held on Wednesday, 31 December 2025 from 5pm-12am, with live music. The event will be hosted at the Gladstone Marina Stage Area.
