National event, Garage Sale Trail, is coming to the local area over two big weekends of garage sales, 8-9 & 15-16 November 2025..

This jam-packed weekend is a great way to make (or save) money, declutter and meet your neighbours.

Households, schools, community groups and local businesses are all invited to host a garage sale or shop the Trail, joining a nationwide movement that sees over 3,500 tonnes of stuff sold and diverted from landfill.

For shoppers, it’s a great opportunity to pick up a bargain (just in time for Christmas), so get those reusable shopping bags ready for the secondhand treasure hunt of your life.

With garage sales happening both online and in person, Garage Sale Trail 2025 will bring you new, safe and fun ways to join the Trail and be part of the country’s biggest weekend of money making, planet-saving and treasure-hunting fun.

Registrations are open now. It's free and anyone can do it, whether you’re a household, community group, a whole street, school or even a local business.
