Seeking Vendors and Stallholders

We are excited to invite you to be part of the festive magic at our 2026 Santos GLNG Mayor’s Carols, Proudly Supported by 4CC.

We are looking for food vendors and stallholders offering gifts, hampers, and more! We encourage stallholders to decorate their area with a Christmas touch and join in the holiday cheer.

Details of the event

The Santos GLNG Mayor’s Carols will return to the Gladstone Ports Corporation Marina Parklands Main Stage on Friday, 4 December, bringing Christmas cheer, festive fun and a little bit of magic to the city.

Get ready to jingle all the way alongside performances from local school choirs and talented local performers.

There’ll be plenty to put you in the Christmas spirit, with the return of the Merry Markets, delicious food vendors and family-friendly activities.

Keep an eye out for a very special visitor from the North Pole, as Santa makes his grand arrival before the City’s Christmas Tree is lit up in a spectacular celebration. And, because Christmas deserves a little extra sparkle, the night will finish with a show-stopping fireworks finale.

So gather the family, grab your Christmas crew, and make merry at the Marina for a night of festive fun the whole community can enjoy!
