Refurbishment of the toilet amenities at Bororen Memorial Park in Bororen is scheduled to start on Tuesday 6 October, with construction expected to be completed within eight weeks, subject to weather and site conditions.
Temporary toilet facilities will be provided and serviced regularly by Council.
What is happening?
Works will involve refurbishment and upgrade of existing toilet amenities and will be delivered by AESTEC Services.
During this period, the affected facilities will be closed to the public while existing septic tanks are decommissioned and replaced. The construction area will be secured with fencing, hoarding and signage to ensure public safety.
What to expect
- Works between Monday and Friday, 6am to 6pm, with possible Saturday works from 6am to 2pm.
- Vehicles, equipment, machinery and workers in the area.
- Noise, vibration and dust can be expected from the project site.
- Pedestrian and cyclist detours on grass around the works area.
- Please follow signs and directions.
