QPWS - Pest management control program for Eurimbula National Park

On display until 31 January 2026, 07:00 PM

In conjunction with the nesting and hatching season for marine turtles, as well as the arrival of migratory shorebirds, contractors and QPWS staff will be undertaking controlled trapping of the feral fox and pig population within Eurimbula National Park.

This work will be carried out for the duration of the nesting period. These activities are conducted to reduce impacts on turtle and bird nests from predation by feral animals.

Please observe all signage, barriers, and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.
