Council advises that the Indian Myna Bird Control Program will temporarily pause over the Christmas and New Year period.
- Program shut down: Monday, 15 December 2025
- Program resumes: Monday, 12 January 2026
During this time, no trap hire, returns, or bird collections will be processed, and Council officers will be unavailable for program-related assistance.
This applies to both Council-issued traps and privately operated devices.
