Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens playground is CLOSED.Calliope River Picnic Area (Campground) is CLOSED on both sides to all visitors/campers.

To improve the safety of our roads, the speed limit will be reduced from 80km/h to 70 km/h along Anderson Way, Agnes Water.
The speed limit change was endorsed at the Speed Management Committee (SMC) meeting held on 14 November 2024.
The SMC includes representatives from Queensland Police, Department of Transport and Main Roads, and Gladstone Regional Council.
Council will be installing new speed limit signs in mid-April 2025.
