Public tender period open for construction of Boyne Tannum Aquatic Cen

Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) invites tenders for construction of the Boyne Tannum Aquatic Centre (Tender 107-25) on Lot 5 Arthur Street, Boyne Island.

It is a requirement of this project that the builder contracted to undertake the Building Work be accredited under the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme, established under the Federal Safety Commissioner Act 2022.

This work is for the construction of a new aquatic centre inclusive of site clearance, all associated infrastructure, civil works, roadworks, 50m pool with plant room, change rooms, kiosk, children’s play area and landscaping along with associated environmental works.

The project will also include new road and footpath connections.

Tender submissions must be lodged digitally through VendorPanel by Tuesday, 21 October 2025.

Should GRC decide to extend the closing date, it will do so by public notice via VendorPanel.
