LUMINOUS: Request for services - Food Vendors

LUMINOUS is a mesmerising visual event which features:

At the forefront of delivering Luminous is ourcommitment to accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring every member of our community finds a welcoming space to enjoy and participate in this event.

LUMINOUS is a sunflower-friendly event, and we are committed to ‘Making the invisible visible’. 

We make a conscious effort to include a range of food vendors to support the inclusion of people with food allergies and dietary requirements. 

Event details

Luminous will take place from Thursday, 16 July to Sunday, 19 July 2026, 5.30pm-9.30pm at the Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens.    

Food vendors

Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) invites local food vendors to apply to be a part of Luminous. To be considered, food vendors must serve a minimum of four (4) dishes and/or flavours, food options that are ready to serve (minimal wait times) and be able to supply their own power.

Preference is for food vendors who offer environmentally sustainable packaging, cater to different dietary requirements, reside in the Gladstone Region and have favourable feedback from previous events.    

All food vendors must comply with all food safety regulations and be available to trade from 5.30pm-9.30pm on Thursday, 16 July, through to Sunday, 19 July 2026.

A site fee will be applicable.
