Council would like to advise stakeholders that the Matthew Flinders (Marina) Bridge on Bryan Jordan Drive will be undergoing essential operational maintenance, repairs and testing.
The bridge will be closed to all vehicular and marine vessel traffic for the duration of the works.
No impact on pedestrian access.
While under traffic management, detours will be in place for all vehicular traffic, and an alternative route will need to be used via Hanson Road & Alf O’Rourke Drive.

- Vehicle and Marine Vessel Duration: approx. 10 hours between 6am and 3:30 pm, Tuesday, 19 May 2026.
