Half-yearly water consumption notices issued

Gladstone Regional Council is advising residents that half-yearly Water Consumption Notices have been issued.

Water Consumption Notices will have an issue date of 18 February 2026 with payment due on or before Friday, 20 March 2026.

Consumption charges will cover the period of water usage from June/July 2025 through to November/December 2025.

Meter reading information, including previous and current reads, will be detailed on the water consumption notice.

Registered Online Services users can view their digital notices online and ahead of time.

If not already registered, visit www.gladstone.qld.gov.au/OnlineServices to register at any time.

Residents who have had advanced water meter infrastructure installed are encouraged to regularly monitor their usage via the MyWater portal.
