Council opens expressions of interest to maximise the value of our community venues to local neighbourhoods.
When a facility becomes available, we outline what type of tenure is available for the facility (e.g. lease or licence) and invite interested organisations to submit a proposal. All applications are assessed by a panel and Council will negotiate terms of the agreement with the best-placed applicant.
