Council would like to advise stakeholders that the Matthew Flinders (Marina) Bridge on Bryan Jordan Drive will be undergoing essential operational maintenance, repairs, and testing on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.The bridge will be closed to all vehicular and marine vessel traffic for the duration of the works.
Within walking distance to the Gladstone Aquatic Centre, Gladstone Bowls Club, and nearby shopping facilities, this parkland is the ideal location for those on foot or a family picnic.
The park can be accessed from either Tank Street, Goondoon Street, or Central Lane and is located within 100 metres of a taxi rank and bus stop
