Council would like to advise stakeholders that the Matthew Flinders (Marina) Bridge on Bryan Jordan Drive will be closed to vehicular and marine traffic on Friday, 3 April 2026, from 6.45am. Reopening from 11am.
Council offices (including Gladstone Region Pound) will be closed over the Easter weekend. Benaraby Landfill and our Transfer Stations will remain open. Bin collection will take place as normal on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
The rain has stopped and the roads are open so will see you tomorrow morning for the Handmade Day market in Tom Jeffery Park. From 9 am till 1 pm.
