Cuppa Catchups are relaxed, casual gatherings where we come together to talk, listen, and support one another.

We meet once a month beneath The Blue Tree in Lion’s Park, right next to Kin Kora McDonald’s on Dawson Highway, Gladstone.

Please bring a chair or rug to sit on, and a drink if you’d like.

We’ll have light refreshments available, along with a gazebo and table to make the space comfortable.

You're also welcome to bring a photo of your loved one, or a meaningful saying or memory.

These can be placed at the foot of the tree during our time together - a simple way to honour those we’ve lost.

There will be no catch-up in January and February at the Blue Tree, but I will still be available for one-on-one face-to-face support catch-ups. Phone or message support, please don't hesitate to call if you or someone you know needs support. We will start back at the tree on the 2nd weekend in March 2026.
