Council would like to advise stakeholders that the Matthew Flinders (Marina) Bridge on Bryan Jordan Drive will be closed to vehicular and marine traffic on Friday, 3 April 2026, from 6.45am. Reopening from 11am.
Council offices (including Gladstone Region Pound) will be closed over the Easter weekend. Benaraby Landfill and our Transfer Stations will remain open. Bin collection will take place as normal on Good Friday and Easter Monday.
The Boyne Tannum Emergency Service XMAS Lolly run will be happening again!
We will be escorting Santa around BITS and the close surrounding areas.
Listen for the sirens and look for the lights.
