Council is aware that some customers may currently be experiencing connectivity issues when accessing the My Water Portal. The primary impact appears to be affecting customers in West Gladstone, South Gladstone, New Auckland, Kin Kora, Kirkwood, Telina, Glen Eden, Sun Valley, Seventeen Seventy, Clinton, Toolooa, O’Connell and Agnes Water. The platform provider is working to resolve the issue.
