Seating?
Guests are welcome to bring their own chair or picnic blanket if they prefer not to sit on the grass. Limited Chairs and Table seating in food area.

Food & Drinks?

• No BYO alcohol
• No glass permitted
• A selection of 13 food and beverage vendors will be operating onsite.

Are animals permitted in the event?
No animals are allowed in the event site. Service dogs are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Are there amenities on-site?
Amenities are located behind the marina stage with additional portable toilets. Disability toilets are also available on site. 

Will First Aid facilities be available?
Yes, First Aid on site will be on-site during the event.

Where can I go to collect lost property?
Lost property will be retained at the Information Marquee and then GECC for 48 hours after the event.

Can I smoke inside the venue/event site?
No. Smoking is not permitted at any GRC event. Please exit the event site if you wish to smoke.

• Children’s GRC Waste Education – 12 Wastes of Christmas: 4pm – 8.30pm.

• The Salvation Army: Slushies, Popcorn, and donuts
• Culinary Craze: Thai and Indonesian cuisine.
• J's Dogs: Grilled Footlong German sausages, with four flavours to choose from on a fresh roll, topped with onions and sauerkraut.
• Mari's Delights-Cafe on Wheels: German Gingerbread Houses, oven-fresh German Pretzels, and Cinnamon pretzels (like a donut but better), and barista-made hot and cold drinks. 
• Miss Bubble Tea & Bubble waffle: Taiwanese drink made with tea, milk or fruit flavors, and chewy tapioca pearls (boba)
• No Forks Given: Mexican food, nachos, burrito bowls and wraps, tacos in beef or chicken; hot dogs, basic with cheese, hot dog with bacon and onion, nacho dog.
• Outback Goodness: Creamy gelato, crispy waffles, and indulgent milkshakes with Christmas toppings
• POPpa'licious: Popcorn, Fairyfloss, Slushy, KoreanKorndog, Spring Rolls, Chips, Bao bun, Churros, jam donuts 
• Ri Ri's food van: Dagwood dogs, hot chips and gravy, loaded curry chips, homemade curry pies, Cambodian themed curries
• Royal Thai Kitchen and Phens Kitchen: Thai Dishes
• The Whole Foods Kitchen: Wholesome dishes you wouldn’t cook at home
• That Donut Guy Gladstone: Hot Mini Donut Trailer, selling mini cinnamon donuts with or without dipping sauces
• We R Woodfire Pizzas: Delicious Pizza
• Wild Street Taste: Healthy Kebabs, snack packs, salad boxes, meat & Gravy Rolls, hot chips, and a variety of drinks.

Parking

Parking is available on Bryan Jordan Drive and at Hatchery Paddock (a short walk across the bridge to the event site). Disability parking is available, and disability permit holders may present their valid permit to traffic control staff for site drop-off and pick-up access.

Buses

No public transport buses are scheduled to run for this event. Gladstone Regional Council recommends carpooling where possible.
