Gladstone Regional Council is advising residents that half-yearly water consumption notices will be issued soon.
Water Consumption Notices will have an issue date of 18 February 2026, with payment due on or before Friday, 20 March 2026.
Consumption charges will cover the period of water usage from June/July 2025 through to November/December 2025.
Meter reading information, including previous and current reads, will be further detailed on the water consumption notice.
Registered Online Services users can view their digital notices online and ahead of time.
Residents who have advanced water meter infrastructure are encouraged to monitor their usage by signing up for the MyWater portal.
MyWater offers near real-time data, which can be a handy tool to detect possible leaks.
