This free, government-funded program is designed to connect job seekers and employers, build inclusive workplaces, and create lasting success.
For almost 75 years, Endeavour Foundation has been supporting people with intellectual disability, and during that time, we have empowered many people to find and keep rewarding, fulfilling jobs.
Now, as an intellectual disability specialist provider of IEA, we are proud to deliver this program across Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia and support even more people on their unique employment pathway.

You might choose to start in Supported Employment at one of our social enterprises, where you will learn new skills and gain confidence in a safe and caring workplace.
When you are ready, you can move to Supported Hosted Employment, working in mainstream settings with extra guidance and support.
For many, Mainstream Employment is the ultimate goal, offering the chance to work independently and achieve career ambitions.
