Thank you to everyone who submitted entries into our first Easter in Gladstone Photography Competition. We received 190 fantastic entries and we enjoyed seeing how everyone spent their Easter Holidays.

Another big thank you to everyone who voted, we received over 9000 votes – thank you showing your support to our fantastic photographers!

Competition

We asked residents, visitors and hobbyists to capture and share their photographs with us from across our region for their chance to win big! 

• The competition was divided into three categories: Under 18s, over 18s and visitors to the region. 
• Photos were to be taken during the April School Holidays (01/04/23 – 16/04/23) 
• Photos could be taken from anywhere throughout the Gladstone Region. 
• Winners from each category received a $250 gift voucher, a certificate signed by Mayor Matt Burnett and one lucky winner will have their photo on a billboard! 

Key information 

• Submissions open: Saturday, 1 April 
• Submissions close: midnight, Sunday, 16 April  
• Voting opens: Monday, 17 April
• Voting closed: midnight Sunday, 30 April 
• Winners will be announced: Wednesday, 3 May
