Benaraby Progress Association 70th Birthday and History Book Launch

The Benaraby community will come together to celebrate a remarkable milestone - 70 years of the Benaraby Progress Association, an organisation that will continue to shape the heart and spirit of our town just as it has since 1954.

The celebration will honour the people, stories, and shared determination that have built Benaraby into the community it is today.

The event will be held at the historic Benaraby Progress Hall, where past and present residents will gather for a morning of memories, displays, and connection.

Generations will stand side‑by‑side, reflecting on the Association’s achievements - from hall upgrades and community events to advocacy, fundraising, and the countless volunteer hours that have kept the hall thriving for seven decades.

A major highlight will be the launch of the Benaraby History Book, a carefully compiled collection of stories, photographs, and minutes that will capture the Progress Association’s journey across 70 years.
