Council has developed a Gladstone Regional Events Strategy 2019 – 2024(PDF, 5MB) to strengthen the region’s profile and position as a nationally recognised event destination.

Report incorrect or outdated information

If you find incorrect or out-of-date information on the Event listing, please let us know by following the steps below:

  1. Open the incorrect listing
  2. Find and click the "Share by email" button at the bottom of the enty
  3. Set the email address to webmaster@gladstone.qld.gov.au
  4. Provide the details of the incorrect or outdated information in the body of the email
  5. Click "Send".

Ecofest

23 Feb 2026 Council is calling on food vendors, market stalls, and businesses to be involved in the upcoming Ecofest event. Ecofest will take place on Sunday, 7 June 2026, 9am – 3pm at the Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens.

Applications close 9am Monday 27 April, 2026.
