Council has developed a Gladstone Regional Events Strategy 2019 – 2024(PDF, 5MB) to strengthen the region’s profile and position as a nationally recognised event destination.

LUMINOUS: Request for services - Food Vendors

25 Apr 2026 Council is calling on food vendors to be involved in the upcoming Luminous event.

Luminous will take place from Thursday, 16 July to Sunday, 19 July 2026, 5.30pm-9.30pm at the Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens.

Food Vendor applications open 9am Monday 9 March, 2026 and close 9am Monday 11 May, 2026.
