Free Lunch for Seniors by Heartbeat Program

We have hosted these lunches in Gympie, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, and now it's Gladstone's turn to kick off the new year. These events are about connecting, sharing memories and a few laughs.

• 10:30am– morning info session focused on Navigating Aged Care with a Q&A (optional)
• 12 noon – 2pm– Free 2 course Lunch (arrive at 11:30am)
