Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) has advised that recent significant rainfall has led to flooding, resulting in the southern 2WD access to Deepwater National Park being unavailable.
The affected area is at the causeway over Deepwater Creek on Wreck Rock Road.
Campgrounds remain accessible by 4WD from the northern end of Wreck Rock Road.
Please observe all signage, barriers, and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.
This alert applies to Deepwater National Park.
