Council wishes to advise that the Matthew Flinders (Marina) Bridge on Bryan Jordan Drive has faulted in a partially open position.
The bridge is open to vessels with extreme caution.
Operators are required to assess their vessel size and state of the bridge before passing.
All vehicle and pedestrian access are closed.
Repair and reinstatement of the bridge operation is anticipated to be early the week beginning 16 February 2026. Further notification will be provided.
During this period, the bridge cannot be lifted or lowered.
