Get ready for a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure with pre-sale tickets to the 2026 Combined Schools Musical, Disney and Cameron Mackintosh’s Mary Poppins now on sale.
Pre-sale tickets at reduced prices will go on sale from 10am (AEST) on Tuesday 28 October until 10am (AEST) Monday 3 November, before reverting back to regular pricing.
Mary Poppins follows the adventures of everyone’s favourite practically perfect nanny based on the award-winning Broadway musical and classic Walt Disney film.
Gladstone Region Mayor Matt Burnett said there will be five public performances, including two Sunday matinee performances, at the Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre (GECC) between 6-15 March.
“Similar to previous Combined Schools Musicals, I’m expecting tickets to be snapped up quickly, so make sure to get in early and take advantage of discounted pre-sale tickets,” Mayor Burnett said.
“The 2026 Combined Schools Musical will be the 14th musical since Pirates of Penzance in 1999 and it’s been fantastic to see the quality of performance grow during that time.
“The Combined Schools Musical also provides an invaluable stepping stone for school-aged stage performers to transition to our biennial Community Musicals.”
Mayor Burnett expects the cast and creative team behind Mary Poppins to deliver a heartwarming and nostalgic production fitting of the classic 1964 film.
“Adapted from the beloved stories by PL Travers and the original film, the world’s favourite nanny comes to life on stage,” he said.
“Mary Poppins promises to be an enchanting mixture of irresistible story, unforgettable songs, breathtaking dance numbers and astonishing stagecraft.
“A spoonful of sugar awaits, so make sure to sign up to the GECC pre-sale list and secure your tickets before they vanish up the chimney.”
