There’s something for everyone during the upcoming holiday period with Easter in Gladstone harbourside celebrations and plenty of activities on offer via Council’s School Holiday Program.

It all kicks off on Thursday 2 April with Easter in Gladstone celebrations centred around the iconic Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race, including events within the B2G Village and Gladstone Harbour Festival.

Gladstone Harbour Festival offers something for the whole family including rides, sideshow alley, roving entertainment and nightly main stage entertainment including Thursday’s Family Fun Night.

The B2G Village has a mixture of events for adults and families, including Saturday’s Seafood Festival (all ages) and Sunday’s Line Crossing Party (all ages 2-9pm, 18+ from 9pm).

Meanwhile, the School Holiday Program will bring a range of hands-on activities to various libraries, parks and Council facilities including Gladstone Tondoon Botanic Gardens.

School-aged students can participate in craft workshops, LEGO challenges and movie screenings across regional libraries, while Tondoon will offer nature-based activities like clay sculpting and wind chime making.
