First Nations Storytime at Boyne Island Library

Join us for a fabulous start to the new year by creating art. Transforming our Storytime sessions to celebrate country with all its nuances lead by Gooreng Gooreng custodian Taurean Roe who will be facilitating a variety of cultural activities and education for children of all ages including:

Ochre art and symbolism interpretation
Emu feather craft
Artefact display
Bush food and medicine talk
Gooreng Gooreng dreaming stories
Yidaki performance

All ages, children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
