Neighbourhood Centre
Gladstone’s Neighbourhood Centre is funded by the State Government’s Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors.
It offers a central point of contact for community members to gain access to information and referrals on a wide range of human and social services including emergency relief providers, financial counselling and education, health providers, Women’s Health, NDIS providers and substance abuse support.
All services and referral pathways are provided in a judgement-free and confidential manner.
Meeting rooms
The Neighbourhood Centre also offers a FREE meeting space for non-for-profit organisations. The meeting room can accommodate up to 8 people, and has kitchen facilities, on-site parking and disability access.
Gladstone’s Interagency Networking meetings are currently being held online on the first Wednesday of every month.
Location and enquiries
Gladstone’s Neighbourhood Centre is located at 105 Toolooa Street, South Gladstone.

Virtual Neighbourhood Centre
The Virtual Neighbourhood Centre will ensure that all members of the Gladstone Region community have a sense of social connectedness and access to services regardless of their ability to physically access these services.
The centre offers a space for the community to engage and connect with likeminded residents and existing services to encourage social connectedness, inclusivity and support.
The Virtual Centre includes information for families, youth, seniors, businesses, active living, lifestyle, arts, culture and entertainment and a Councillors Café which allows residents to ask our Councillors questions which they will answer over a virtual cuppa.
Council are committed to maintaining our community’s connectedness to services by increasing accessibility and creating an innovative online platform to facilitate this engagement.
The Virtual Neighbourhood Centre is supported by the Queensland Government Department of Communities, Disability Services and Seniors.
